Our offices are located at 100 East South Street. We are in the large, red-brick building at the far (east) end of South Street, between 1st and 2nd Streets SE. Our offices are on the top (third) floor. An elevator is available.
Directions from the University of Virginia
Take University Avenue east toward the Downtown Mall. From the stoplight at the Lewis and Clark statue at the intersection of Ridge-McIntire, proceed east on either Water or South Streets to the Water Street Parking Garage, a half-block from our office.
Alternately, take the free Trolley from the University area to the Downtown Mall. Disembark at the Downtown Mall stop or in front of the Live Arts Building and walk south across the open parking lot to our office in the Wachovia building.
Directions from Interstate 64
Take the 5th Street exit north. At the fifth stoplight, at the Lewis and Clark statue, turn right onto either Water or South Streets and proceed east to the Water Street Parking Garage, a half-block from our office.
Directions from 29 North or the 250 Bypass
Take the 250 Bypass to McIntire Road, turn south at the stoplight and proceed on McIntire Road to the third stoplight (just past the Omni Hotel). Turn left on either Water or South Streets and proceed east to the Water Street Parking Garage, a half-block from our office.
Parking
You can receive 2 hours of free parking at the Water Street Parking Garage, located nearby on 2nd Street SE between Water and South Streets. You must bring your parking ticket in and have it stamped at the receptionist's desk.
